Online payments (coming soon)
Take dues, renewals, event tickets, donations and product sales through your site. The money goes to your own Stripe account. We add a small fee on top of Stripe's own, and the more you take, the lower it gets:
- 2%Up to $25,000 a year
- 1.5%$25,000 to $100,000 a year
- 1%Above $100,000 a year
Each rate applies only to the part of your last 12 months of payments that falls in that range. Stripe's processing fee is separate and paid to Stripe. If you refund a payment, our fee on it is returned too.

FAQ
What is a credit?
Credits are how you pay for AI dev-team time. A typical edit with the Dev agent (one change, preview the result) runs about 60–130 credits, and a turn needs at least 130 credits available to start it — that's a safety reserve, not a charge. Publishing to your live site is free. The free tier includes 250 credits when you create your first site — about 3 edits. Growth adds a monthly grant of 500 AI credits, typically about 15–20 edits a month depending on how big the changes are.
Can I use my own Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
Yes, two ways. In the editor:press “Use my own AI plan” (it's also in the red out-of-credits bar), sign in with your Claude or ChatGPT account on its own page, paste the code back, and your edits run on that plan instead of your credits. From the Claude or ChatGPT app: add sitectrl as a connector (https://mcp.sitectrl.ai/mcp); your AI writes the pages itself and pushes them to your site, and we host and publish them with no editing credits used. What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
The agents pause new turns until you top up or your monthly grant resets. Your site keeps running normally — only chat-based edits are paused. Top-up packs are one click away on your billing page.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes — monthly credits roll forward up to 2× the monthly grant (Growth banks up to 1,000 credits). Top-up credits never expire.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrading from the free tier to Growth keeps your site, domain, email, and analytics exactly as they are — it just unlocks more. Downgrades and cancellations are self-serve; Stripe handles proration automatically.
Do you support WordPress / Shopify / Webflow?
WordPress — from any host. Bluehost, GoDaddy, WP Engine, Kinsta, Pantheon, AWS, GCP, Azure, your own VPS — on Growth, install the sitectrl plugin and we copy your site's pages onto our own hosting, free. Your old site keeps serving until you switch your domain over.
Shopify— yes, on any of our hosting. Connect it from your site's settings once your site exists; the agent reads your catalog, orders, and customers, edits product copy / SEO / inventory, and emits Buy Button embeds for your marketing site.
On Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, or somewhere else?We don't connect to those platforms directly — but paste your site's address and we'll rebuild it free on our own templates, which you can then edit by chatting.
What about VAT / sales tax?
Tax is calculated at checkout via Stripe Tax based on your billing address and added to the displayed price. EU customers see VAT broken out on the invoice.
How do I cancel?
Self-serve from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no early-termination fees. Your hosted site stays live for the remainder of the period; we keep a snapshot for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to come back.
